■ ワンちゃんとのふれあい
・ワンちゃんを無理に抱き上げたり、追いかけたりしないでください
・嫌がる行為や、痛みを与える行為はお控えください
・大きな声や急な動きはご遠慮ください
・ワンちゃんが不安を感じないよう、やさしく接していただきますようお願いいたします
■ お子様のご利用
・お子様は必ず保護者の方と一緒にご利用ください
・ワンちゃんとの接し方については、保護者の方が十分にご配慮ください
■ 料金・システム
・表示料金はすべてお一人様あたりの料金となります
・ワンドリンクオーダー制となっております
・ご注文がない場合はミニマムチャージ¥600を頂戴いたします
・お子様も大人と同一料金となります
■ 予約・キャンセル
・Bar Timeおよび貸切は完全予約制となっております
・貸切予約は事前決済の完了をもってご予約確定となります
・当日キャンセルの返金はできかねます
・ご予約時間に遅れた場合でも、終了時間の延長はいたしかねます。
■ 営業について
・不定休のため、またワンちゃんの健康状態により臨時休業となる場合がございます・あらかじめご了承ください
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines:
■ General
・Entry may be refused depending on the dogs’ condition
・Please follow staff instructions at all times
・Guests who do not follow the rules may be refused service
■ Interaction with Dogs
・Do not pick up or chase the dogs without permission
・Avoid any actions that may scare or hurt the dogs
・Please avoid loud noises and sudden movements
・Please treat the dogs gently and with care
■ Children
・Children must be accompanied by a guardian
・Guardians are responsible for supervising interactions
■ Pricing
・All prices are per person
・One drink order per person is required
・A minimum charge of ¥600 applies if no drink is ordered
・The same rates apply for children and adults
■ Reservation
・Bar Time and private bookings require reservation
・Reservation is confirmed after advance payment
・No refunds for same-day cancellations
・Please note that the end time will not be extended in case of late arrival
